I needed to drop my car off before walking to work. I called up to ask and said it was absolutely fine and that if I just post my key through the letter box, it wouldn't be a problem. I got back after work and it had all been sorted without any problems. Really friendly guys too!

Price was good, scheduling was simple, drop-off was straight forward. MOT & Full Service complete within 5 hours. Upon pick-up it was just good advice at the front desk - no attempt to scaremonger into what extras I may have to fix and how urgently I had to fix it. Just good signposting on 'Things to look out for in the next 6 months' and 'when you might want to think about changing xx part' - no pressure.

I got my Range Rover Sport booked in at very short notice for an MOT next day just before Christmas. Other garages were booking weeks out into January. Great job and they identified a brake pads change to be done in the new year. I chose to give Thorpe Autos the brake pads and a full service at a date & time that suited me. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly and kept the car protected and cared for whilst in their workshop. Great guys I’d recommend!
