Entered reception area ( very nice ,clean and welcoming) 5 minutes early They greeted me by name and advised me off the process ( was in for MOT)which was friendly, polite and professional. Upon completion of MOT they explained why it failed , offered choices for solutions and options for prices -I was so confident in their professionalism that I paid and left feeling happy Thank you -I will be back

Great Service . My car was picked up in the morning in the time that they stated by a polite man. He told me what would be happening. Good communication during the time the car was away. The car needed a lot of work done. The work was done promptly as I told them I needed my car for work. My car was returned quicker than I thought it would be ready. They rang to say it had been fixed and it was going to be returned.Very efficient. The quality of workmanship was excellent.
