Customers consistently praise the friendly, professional staff, clear communication and fair prices, with many noting that MOTs and services were completed promptly and explained in plain terms. Several reviewers also valued the honest advice and the way they were kept informed throughout. A small number mentioned that a service couldn't go ahead due to a possible head gasket or oil leak issue, so offering that type of repair in-house may benefit some customers.
