The service I received was poor, I booked for mot £50, pre mot check £10, diagnostic test £50. Failed mot on 2 front tyres wires sticking out of them apparently? They then passed my car despite engine fault lights flashing. Didn’t seem interested in explaining the faults? No invoice or diagnostic report provided for work completed. I asked for a pre mot check this wasn’t completed as the faults would have been found before mot was carried out.

Hi Mary, Your front 2 tyres had wires coming out of it so we ask you if you wanted to change the tyres at £70 each and you aggreged. So that's £140 for 2 tyres and £110 for the online quote add up to £250. We don't offer a tracking service and you never paid us for it. About the diagnostic you only ask us to take it off the engine light which we did so it can pass the mot. We are sorry but we have a diagnostic print out service. the engine light will come back on because the fault is still there which we mentioned on the day. We are sorry that you feel this way. Said they could fix door on car then got a call a few hours later saying it’s not that they do so why say they could fix it in the first place

sorry but there must have been some confusion. the staff you spoke to was new. he didn't know that we don't fix locks on door

Hi Graham, Your car required specialist oil which you didn't select when making the booking. before for we carried out the work we mentioned if you wanted to go ahead with the specialist oil and you agreed. I don't see what we did wrong. You could have just said no and we wouldn't have carried out the service.
