Lack of bags for personal belongings maybe due to Covid-19 pandemic, but throughly well equipped body shop and patient staff .

Amazing service from start to finish!!! The man who picked my car up was extremely thorough with his inspection, once my car had gone I was offered a lovely courtesy car. I had phone calls to update me on the work of my car and when it will be ready, when I fetched my car the work they had done was to an immaculate standard, my car had been washed, vacuumed and cleaned inside. The staff were amazing and friendly, they were happy to help at all times. Amazing service and I would 100% recommend!

My experience at Steer Automotive was extremely present after dealing with the insurance over several calls. I spoke with both Laura and Nina and must say their customer service is second to none. Very professional, very helpful and very understanding and met my expectations and kept me updated on my vehicle at all times. My vehicle was collected and delivered by a very pleasant driver. Overall amazing service from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Superb team!!!
