Very happy with the service i received. Upon entering the showroom, was greeted straight away by a friendly employee who directed me where i needed to go. Booked my car in and they even offered to wash it. Was given a rough time when it might be done. Whilst waiting for car i got an email with a health report and video of my car which i thought was very professional. Car passed its MOT and recommendations were made to what needed to be done. Will use again.

I called the day before to confirm a drop off time to which they told me I didn’t have a booking on the system and they were fully booked so couldn’t fit me in. This left me scrambling around to try and find somewhere to get a MOT before I went away as it ran out this week. Not what I needed, awful service and won’t be using Book My Garage again.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are only a facilitator in the booking process and the information from the email confirmation, that is sent to both the customer and garage should then be picked up by the garage to transfer onto their DMS platform or if they can not do this. The garage should ring to discuss. Once again sorry this has happened and we will be looking into the processes to improve and also reach out to the garage to help with the positioning and understanding of the platform better.
