I booked the MOT on-line. The confirmation email stated that I would receive a further contact of a time - this did not happen. On arrival I was told that I was late for the appointment, but they would still carry out the test. I then got a phone call from the manager who stated that the car was an obvious failure and that the test would not be carried out - he also stated there would be no charge. When I went to collect the car the MOT operative said that I had to pay the full fee

Car needed a service, Was a little expensive as had to get specialist oil but definitely worth it. Car feels so much smoother. Dropped the car off in the afternoon and it was ready to collect at around 5pm. Good communication from the garage staff. Was very happy overall. Thanks

Sadly booked in for a morning MOT only needed computer reset, but wasn’t able to pick up until after 5 pm.
