Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, welcoming team, fast turnarounds, and honest, reasonable pricing. A particularly popular feature is the use of photos and videos sent throughout the service, giving customers real confidence in the work being carried out. One reviewer noted that road access to the site could be tricky, and a single customer mentioned an engine warning light returning shortly after their visit, though these points were raised by only a small number of reviewers and do not reflect the overwhelmingly positive experience reported across the board.

“Not really impressed with their service!”

The garage on the high street has no parking. We were asked to find public parking, which is time-consuming and unprofessional. The manager is rushed and not listening to customers. I distrust their work and they asked for cash without a receipt or clear work details/ papers. They have replaced the oil filters etc? Should I trust them? Not really.

Reply from Sky Tyres & MOT Centre

Hi Dragos, thank you for your feedback. We take allegations regarding receipts and paperwork incredibly seriously. We want to clarify that our garage strictly issues full itemised invoices, written guarantees, and official receipts for all work completed, regardless of whether a customer pays by cash or card. We also ensure all work—such as oil and filter changes—is fully documented and explained. We apologise if you felt rushed during our peak times, and we want to look into this immediately. Please contact our manager directly on 07931977719 with your vehicle registration so we can retrieve your official paperwork and investigate your case.
