Had a missed call at 5:30pm the night before service to tell me they wouldn’t replace the fuel filter on my vehicle with instructions to ring them back. Obviously the time they rang there was no chance to ring back as they was closed. This has been booked for weeks but chose last minute the night before to tell me this. Due to this I chose not to take my vehicle to this garage
