I booked a service and MOT and received confirmation. I re arrange my schedule which included cancelling a doctors appointment but was later contacted by Evans Halshaw to be told that they couldn't do it! I contacted them to say I have an e-mail confirming the appointment. I was asked who had confirmed it and sent a copy of that e-mail only to be told that it was book my garage who had sent the e-mail and that they could not fit me in. NOT impressed, my wife is disabled and car is essential.
