The Customer Service at Honda Newcastle was exemplary and the staff extremely helpful. They made me feel a valued customer and the quality of the service work undertaken was excellent My only criticism, and it is the only criticism, is the higher price of service items when not booked through 'Book My Garage'; I'm afraid were it not for the Book My Garage affiliation with Honda Newcastle I would, reluctantly, be forced to look elsewhere, so long may the affiliation continue.
