I was happy with the staff and the service but the booking system is absolutely terrible. I was not happy leaving my car for the full day for an MOT check when it’s done in 1 h. I will not come back again for another MOT or service. It’s not convenient at all.

When I booked it said AM slot when I arrived I was then told all day. I had no way to get home so had to wait 6 hours for an MOT. Once done the mechanics had added on extra work that wasn’t required and expected me to pay almost £700. The one thing that actually needed doing I got done elsewhere for less than half the price quoted here. Very poor service and over priced.
