Excellent, arrived on time and staff courteous, kept informed of progress and final report. The car was returned on time clean and tidy. Pity they forgot to stamp service book. 10/10

I booked my car in for a service and MOT on 12 May 23. Booked the car in the garage on the evening before as I was working from home on the Friday. Call garage at 4pm on the day of the booking to see if it was ready to collect to be told they had forgot the car was there and no work had been done. Very frustrating as I had arranged to drop off my son at Stansted on the Saturday at 5am. The garage arranged to do the MOT and Service on Saturday 13 May. Garage reduced the MOT to £10 on the bill.

This was a good experience, overall, but the drop-off and collection was slow, there was a miscommunication between reception and the service agent in the afternoon meaning I had to phone twice to find out if my car was ready; also, I had the air filter replaced but not all the screws were re-tightened leaving me with a rattle resulting in the need for an immediate return to the garage - this issue was sorted quickly for me; finally, the boot lid was also not put back in place properly
