I am really disappointed and stressed. Booked through your website for master service in Marshal Volvo Nottingham. Took my car there, driving 50 miles. When I arrived they had no idea of my appointment, no booking showing in their system. Waisted my whole day. Also I had emailed you people and no reply. It’s the problem of bookmygarage.

I made a booking with Marshall Volvo and received all confirmation through by email, but no time to drop off my vehicle by the day of the appointment. I called them and they had no record of my booking. I emailed to try to find out what happened, only to be told they no longer work with Book My Garage. They must still receive emails if they’re registered on the website, so could have contacted me to let me know. Very poor communication.

Would like to give a massive thanks to Natalie on the service desk for her help and mannerism with my sat nav problem, was only a minor problem and dealt with efficiently. All the staff at Volvo seem very approachable and friendly, I use many main dealers for various cars we have in stock and by far Volvos customer service is the best.
