I have used several Vauxhall Garages (where staff is mostly friendly and patient), but this one was unique for at least two reasons in my case: (1) it provided me a free car-health check whose process was recorded on video which was shared with me and helped me to better understand an additional issue on my car, and (2) communication via email and phone call was prompt and accurate. However, what I was somehow confused by the "free health check" and the "upfront fee for checking".
