So quick, easy and helpful. Received video clip of health check on car before carrying out with prices involved. Great service indeed and if cheap going forward, will absolutely use again.

Booked Mot & service with specialist oil for £159. On day garage phoned to say cannnot do for this price, but an extra £50, due to cost of oil (and fact that there normal labour rate is £105ph so would be making no profit). Garage said BMG take no notice when they say costs not accurate. Phoned BMG at 11am, they said would escalate & call me back within 2 hrs. Collected car at 5pm, garage said they got email from BMG & were also waiting a callback.Two days later and no callback from BMG.
