Carried out MOT but failed on a small item, didn't quote me how much to fix it and i think i was overcharged with the problem , also unable to check whether this was a fault or not

They were very kind and upfront about the issues my car had when it failed its MOT. I especially liked the video they sent me afterwards going through advice all the parts it failed on and giving advice on on other things (such as a suggestion my antifreeze and break fluid would preferably need changing). My only issue was there was ther was no specific time slot, so I had to go away not knowing what time my car would be ready (it was arrive at 1pm and it'll be ready sometime by 5pm).
