The booking process wasn't hassle free, I got a call from the garage after booking to say that they were full that day, so I rebooked later in the week, that was no big issue. The day of the service went well too and with good communication, however my log book wasn't stamped, when I went back in the guy on the desk was really helpful and filled it in for me, however he wasn't sure of which grade of oil that was used, so left that bit blank. Overall, very good service, just some minor gripes.
