Service department very poor , when things are not right they don’t seem bothered. Customer is wrong statement. Will not phone back or answer e mail either. Car given back with tyre pressure fault on . How could they not see that?

If you are taking your BMW here I would advise calling beforehand to ensure that the service on book my garage covers everything that is needed so you don’t get any nasty surprises when you take your car into them. Have your key read beforehand then you will be able to compare what you need with what you are getting on the service. All sorted in the end but could have been easier. Thank you to Max for sorting.
