I dropped my car off at 08.00 for an MOT. I used the check in service which was straight forward but there was nobody around to help less computer literate people out. It’s fine if you are in a rush but I am not a big fan of the faceless society. The best customer service involves interaction from the staff. I didn’t expect an MOT to take all day especially when I dropped the car off first thing. Nevertheless the car was washed and hoovered and the quality of the service was very good.

Lots of comms via email, friendly staff, detailed mot results , booked car in for 10,thinking it was to be done then, but was to be left and done at some stage in the day, was after 3 when done, so would rather it was done when booked in.
