I paid 179.99 for a full service at Vertu BMW Durham, I dropped my car off within half hour I got a phone call asking do I want a fuel filter and pollen filter fitted. But at a cost of 160 extra, so I declined and said just carry out the service. When I checked the service book when I got home I noticed it said Mini service and not a Full. So I contacted the dealership and asked why this was wrong, for them to say because you didn’t get any of the filters done it would go down as a mini service.
