Arrived to be told car was not booked in as they had had no notification from secret garage. After pushing they said they would fit it in and it would be ready by 4:00. Arrived to be told I would have to wait another 20mins + for them to get an air filter. Arrived and fitted 50mins later. No call to say would be late and I was late for an appointment. Quality appears okay and good price but need to improve communication
