No issues booking the appointment turned up the day before to avoid rush hour traffic. Shown to the service desk and booked in no delays, friendly staff and great service from Tony in Fiat service desk. Car ready when stated, returned spotless full description of service contents and MOT. Happy to return in the future. Thank you
