Booking a garage I hadn't used before was a concern for me. I choose Ross Motors as the were local and seemed to have good reviews. I didn't have an issue car was dropped off and I left. Mid morning I got a call to say I needed specialist oil and they were sorry that the online price didn't cover it. I agreed the new price and the work was completed without any further issues. I was called when I car was ready, you are given a choice of online payment link or in person. Friendly staff.

This was the first time that I used Ross Motors and considering they are 5 minute walk from my house, I don’t understand why. The service is excellent, the lady who works in the office is so helpful and polite. Will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend
