“Repeated delays and poor communication”

Quite disappointing-work is slow, payment is required upfront and you have to chase them for updates. Despite me authorising the necessary work the same day (Thurs) I didn’t get my car back until Wed - and that was only because I showed up assuming the work is done (the garage was supposed to let me know all is ok on Tue but never did). Work was delayed on Fri (part wouldn’t arrive until Sat…), was assured I’d be prioritised on Mon morning, then was further delayed until Tue, then again to Wed.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. To provide some context, the required part did not arrive until Saturday, which impacted our schedule. On Monday, we did attempt to prioritise your vehicle; however, due to internal delays, we were unable to proceed as planned and informed you it would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday, we confirmed the vehicle would be ready that day, and during our conversation, you advised that you would collect it on Wednesday morning, which we agreed to and prepared the vehicle accordingly. That said, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and recognise that our communication could have been clearer throughout. We are taking this feedback on board to improve our service. “Solid option with great communication”

We had our velar serviced here. All fine save for some expensive works that we decided to go elsewhere for. But communication was clear and overall happy with what we paid for. Nice touch the car was cleaned inside and out extremely well.
