Easy to book on line with lots of available slots running up to Christmas which was great. Direct communications with the garage confirming the appointment and time. I dropped of car on time and was ready for collection 3 hours later for the price that was quoted when I booked their service. No hard sell approach for advisories, great service. Highly recommended.
