Customers consistently praise this Grimsby garage for its honest, friendly staff, clear communication and fair, reasonable pricing, with many long-standing customers returning year after year for MOTs and servicing. The convenient collection and delivery service, along with straightforward booking and helpful advice on any necessary work, comes up time and again as a real highlight. One reviewer noted their seat and driving position had been left adjusted after their car was worked on, but this appears to be an isolated concern rather than a common issue, with the overwhelming majority reporting a smooth, trustworthy and thoroughly recommended experience.

“First class service at a fair price”

Third year in a row for my car's service & MoT and I see no reason to change. Free collection & delivery. Picked up on time and delivered back. The driver couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, a great ambassador for the business. Phone call after the work's been done and another when the driver is setting off. Don't know what else could be reasonably expected.
