I was well informed, the mechanic was polite and appeared well knowledgeable. Very convenient service having it at home. Everything happened as explained. I have no negative about anything. I will be using again

Booked for a morning slot - received e-mail saying it would be between 9am - 4pm . Supposed to get phone call night before giving proxy time - no call. On the day no-one turned up, no phone calls - rang office after 4pm to be told that mechanic had not been able to get parts - he should have phoned me ( he didn’t ). Rebooked for 2 days later - told if mechanic had not contacted by 9.30 to ring office - no call, rang office - couldn’t get hold of mechanic, he turned up around 2.30.

Managed to get a last minute appointment! Easy to book and Simon was brilliant. He was warming, calming and just got on with it! Lovely man! Very happy with my interim service 👍🏽
