I had my car serviced on the drive and the mechanic left it in gear, car wasn't locked, when I went to use it the following day the battery was completely flat. When I rang the office I was told it could take 24-48 hours to sort it. The original mechanic eventually had to put a new battery on but it took till 5pm that day to get me up and running. The office were useless and I was made to feel it was my fault even though I hadn't used the car since he had done the service.
