I went in for a service and MOT and mentioned I’d recently had someone scratch my front bonnet in the gym parking who had left no note. This caused a scratch on my parking sensor and an annoying beeping. I only mentioned this for awareness and a quote but they signed the sensor free of charge in addition to my quick and thorough service and MOT. Was fully expecting an expensive repair so for them to fix this for free was so appreciated!
