Customers consistently praise PS Autos for their friendly, knowledgeable staff, honest approach, and fair pricing, with many having returned loyally for years. The free collection and delivery service is highlighted repeatedly as a standout convenience, and communication throughout the process is frequently commended. A small number of reviewers raised concerns around prior approval for additional work and appointment timing, which may benefit from clearer processes to ensure customers are kept fully informed before any extra costs are incurred.
