I had booked this through the online booking platform, I had booked the date, time and service and I didn't have a single person get back to me.

BookMyGarage allegedly booked my van in with a Pro2 mobile mechanic as it couldn't be moved. However when I phoned said mechanic he'd not heard any such thing. He does not do mobile clutch repairs as a rule so highly unlikely to be able to do mine. The Pro2 mechanic was as helpful as possible & for all I know is an excellent technician too. The problem here is BookMyGarage. Darren Thompson

Thank you for your feedback. At BookMyGarage, we use information supplied by the garage themselves to determine what work they want, what price they set, and when they can arrange it. Sadly it seems on this occasion that were not aware that Pro2 wasn't offering this service anymore.

Not happy they didn’t turn up, you booked me in with a company that had had a massive fire. And they couldn’t trade anymore. This had happened last July.
