Great service, identified the issue with the engine and got back to me in good time. They gave the car a health check to identify any other issues, which was appreciated, as I was told by another garage that the wheels needed aligning but due to the excessive tyre wear, it could be due to the rear suspension needing fixing.

Overfilled my car with oil . Had to wait 5 days for them to rectify it as they were busy .

Thank you for your feed back, I'm sorry to hear that you wouldn't recommend us. The oil added was the correct amount generated from Auto data and manufacture stated. The oil level was re checked and it was reading correctly before the vehicle left our workshop. I would of liked to had the opportunity to rectify your issue sooner but from memory 5 days later was the most convenient time for us both.
