Hi Miran, Thankyou for your review. I apologise if we did not your expectations. I would just like to take the opportunity to repsond in saying that your vehicle required work which is a common job of a steel bolt fusing/siezing itself to your aluminimum hub unit - we could have not taken the time to repair it for a fraction of the cost and told you to buy a replacement for a lot more, but we were trying to keep the cost down for yourself. We also kept you informed along the way and told you that it would be a few days due to the difficulty of the job. We spent a lot longer than the 3 hours mentioned but still only charged for 3. Although your car was here 3 days, there we're many other customers also in the queue and booked in on the days that your car repair was taking longer than expected so we had to work around this, As other feedback shows, this isnt always the case. I hope this clears things up. Best Wishes Platinum Vehicle Services
