Car taken in for MOT, first time using this company so wasn't sure what to expect. Didn't understand the setup until I arrived to drop car off. Book online, the email stated someone would contact me with a time, but this didn't happen. I called them and was told to drop off and leave with them. Arrived just as they opened, told I needed a code to drop keys off, had to call them again, received code by text 5 mins after I made the call. Now familiar with process, would use again.

New experience with online booking,keyless entrance & lockup lockers for car keys prior to service/MOT,but as an old timer, got the hang of it, & all went smoothly with even continued contact & visual mobile video on my car with recommendations + excellent cooperation by admin dept on error on service bill, which incidentally very reasonable compared to major dealers-Even contact with staff, who kindly moved car out of garage for easy exit-ALL GOOD!
