“Excellent concept & service - just one tweak to make it perfect”

Excellent service and MOT. Online booking is easy, with clear pricing and time slots, and out-of-hours drop-off via AutoPoint Lockers is very convenient. Staff are great, the workshop is clean, and online payment is seamless. Only drawback: delays in vehicle release after payment; improving this would make an excellent service perfect.

“Interim Service/MOT”

Interim Service/MOT good. However, not at all happy with the new system of not being able to speak to an actual person on the telephone. I found speaking to the "female robot" extremely frustrating and not being sure messages were passed. I had to wait for over a week for a return call, by which time I had purchased a new battery elsewhere (something I wanted to have done during the interim service). Not sure if I will use the AutoHub centre again next year.
