I took my car here for an MOT, it failed and i was unsure of the result so i took it to a couple of other garages to get more opinions and they said that it should never have failed, wouldnt recommend.

Dear Mr Mulligan we are sorry you found our work to not be to the standard you expected. We have tried to call you regarding this but it appears you hung the phone up to our customer care team. With regards to your mot failure, our tester failed your car on 2 lower arm bushes that were deemed to have excessive wear. I can see that you have taken it to another garage who has now passed the mot HOWEVER they have also advises both these bushes as an issue. Due to mot testers having a descension, as per mot testing guide, on what is excessive and what's not we do feel your review is rather harsh. We would have appreciated the chance to explain to you both prior and post your review. If you feel this could be done please don't hesitate to contact us. We have very good reviews and this is rare.
