Had my car booked in for MOT and standard service. I had a flat tyre that needed replacing and was asked if I still wanted the service to go ahead. Most places wouldn't ask and just go ahead with it and take your money but these asked as it would be an extra charge. Fab service, fab timescale, fab people.
