The garage were able to pick up and deliver the car and complete the service in a timely way. When an issue with the breaks was evident Mike phoned to discuss the solution and cost simply and clearly and they were able to do the repair the same day. A good honest service garage and we will be using again!

Hi Stuart - re communication , i do all the communication to ensure consistency , even when i am not at the garage the incoming calls divert to my mobile however on this occasion it was not up to our usual standards (see other reviews) , i was away from the garage as my mother was taken ill (she is 89) and whilst carrying out the booked work a unexpected issue was discovered requiring a replacement part which was communicated to you , i always tell customers i will update them as soon as i am in a position to sadly due to my mothers situation i was unable to. Apologies
