We are disappointed to read your review. Unfortunately, your vehicle failed its MOT and was undrivable. We contacted you following the MOT failure to advise of the updates. We kept your vehicle on site overnight to be collected the following day. The next day we were asked by you to hold onto the car for a few days. Due to being a working garage, we cannot store customers cars on site, our space is needed to ensure we have the room to accommodate the days bookings. We therefore parked your vehicle on the road in a safe place, provided you with a contact number for a scrap recovery to collect the vehicle who could come the same day to collect. We tried to help you as much as we could under the circumstances, but we simply cannot have vehicles left on site when we need the space for other customers.
