We are sorry to hear you did not feel you had good service, your car was originally booked for an mot, we did do a free check on your windscreen washers but did not locate the fault and recommended an electrical check. Also you asked if we could check your air conditioning when we attempted to add the gas with the air con machine, your system would not hold pressure indicating a leak. we located leaks from the condenser and pipe seals near the rear of the engine which we reported on your invoice, this was a diagnosis and the cost of the inspection was agreed before we carried out this work, as you can see we have very high customer reviews so we do take customer satisfaction very seriously. On your return we completed your mot retest immediately and e mailed your test certificate as you requested. we do apologise if you feel disappointed and offer a free valet if you wish accept thank you
