The vast majority of customers are highly impressed with New Central MOT, consistently praising the friendly and approachable staff, competitive pricing, and the team's willingness to accommodate last-minute bookings. Honesty and transparency stand out as particular strengths, with many reviewers noting that unnecessary work was never pushed on them and that advisories were clearly explained. A small number of customers felt that communication during the day could be improved, such as proactive updates on progress or collection timings, and a handful mentioned that the site can be tricky to access and park at, which may benefit from clearer arrival guidance.
