Until latest appointment I was always happy with the service. On my visit I was informed that my car had the wrong battery. When I informed that it was nest autos that fitted it, the offer of 10% off a replacement, was derisory. Also I had to return the car to diagnose o/s knocking that was not present prior to service. I did not expect to have to pay a diagnostic fee of £36. I feel too much upselling is going on, base fees are low and attract custom, maybe better to charge more than to upsell

Took my car for Mot failed at first needed a bit of work doing due to someone crashing into my car they did a great job car looks good was friendly and very good price also have pay monthly which was a great help couldn't have afforded the work otherwise and would have been left with no car so thank you will definitely be using again

Was a pleasure to leave my car with these guys for an MOT. Their free loan car service got me to work that day and the MOT was completed on the day. Will come here next year for sure!
