Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff, competitive pricing, and swift turnaround on MOTs and services. Clear communication throughout the day and a welcoming atmosphere, including complimentary tea and coffee while waiting, are frequently highlighted as standout touches. One reviewer noted that car mats could benefit from protective covers during work, though this was mentioned only once and sits against an otherwise overwhelmingly positive picture.

“improvements needed”

sadly this garage were not able to complete the front wheel alignment challenge i had asked them to do. they spent a good couple of hours trying but when i drove the car away it still pulled to the right as it had done before their efforts. Since then the communication has been poor. i left two voicemails but there was sadly no reply. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.
