Even though no staff was available to collect car on the day service was book. Contact was made to discuss alternative arrangements and they followed through. Car was picked up and dropped off in good time and friendly staff. Contact made to discuss issues and recommendations made. No pressure to carry out works.

Used them twice; first for servicing and then for MOT. Overall, they been really good but could do with better time frame as initially I was told MOT would take 3 hours but ended up 4 and half hours but no issue other than that. I would use them again.
