“Good service, communication and staff attitude needs improved”

Booked in for major service and MOT. When I dropped the car off, I also asked for the nearside window to be checked for a weird noise - for which the reception staff made a note. When I picked the car up, I noticed the noise was there, so I went back in to ask whether they had actually checked - to which the answer was a dry "No". Well, I asked for something and you missed it, not great but things happen but I just spent 500 quid in your shop mate, it wouldn't kill you to say "oh I'm sorry", eh?
