Booked MCR Auto Mechanic and MOT through BookMyGarage for a full service and MOT. Excellent service from Zeeshan, Azhar and Hussain — very professional, helpful and respectful. No unnecessary jargon, no pushing extra work or surprise charges (which I’ve experienced with other garages). Everything was clear, honest and great value for money. Highly recommended.

“Not impressed”

Had noticed a noise that wasn’t there before service and on refilling the screen wash which should of but hadn’t been topped up at service noticed the under engine cover was hanging loose, took a look underneath and several screws missing and partially broken. I know this was in good condition before “service” Not happy

The under-engine cover should be secure after any work, and fluid levels should be checked and topped up as part of the service.
