I missed their e-mail because it landed in my Spam folder. As a result, I turned up earlier than was expected. They completed the work within the day and it was ready to pick up mid-afternoon. It is a small out-of-the-way garage, presumably with lower overheads. This is the second year they have serviced my car and I have not had any problems
