Garages on our platform have a duty to reach out ideally within 4 working hours of a booking being made, to confirm the details and ensure your appointment is fully secured. In your case, your booking was submitted to the garage on 29th January immediately after you placed it. Unfortunately, the garage didn’t open the booking email until the following day, so it appears the confirmation slipped through the net on their end rather than being an issue with the BookMyGarage system itself.
