Been using them for mot/service for a few years and can’t find anything negative to comment on. Their pickup service is very convenient for me. Never actually been to their garage so can’t comment on their facilities.

MOT was fine. Communication needs to be better. I was turned away from my MOT for being 10 minutes late when I was not. I was stood waiting for the receptionist to stop her conversation with another customer before I could be booked in for 7 of those 10minutes.so had to rebook,luckily you had a next day appointment. It would be nice to be able to select the time for the MOT not being sent an SMS the day before,it makes a better customer journey.

Easy booking online for my MOT. Customer parking. Car taken straight in on arrival and a quick 45 minute wait. Comfortable acting room and friendly staff
